Oakton-Vienna Veterinary Hospital is looking for an associate veterinarian. We are a well-established, locally owned, general practice in Vienna, VA seeking a full or part-time veterinarian to join our established team! We pride ourselves on our ability to strengthen relationships through client education and excellent patient care.
Our hospital is equipped with AVImark electronic records system, IDEXX digital radiography, IDEXX in-house laboratory equipment, a top-of-the-line ultrasound machine and high-quality dental equipment.
We have five veterinarians and a happy, supportive team. We schedule 2-3 assistants per doctor to take tasks off of you. Our ideal candidate will have an interest in preventive medicine, surgery, radiology, ultrasound, and dentistry. No major holidays, no on-call, some Saturdays required. Veterinarian Needed – Part Time
We are looking for several veterinarians willing to donate a day out of the month to help reduce the populations of community cats and assist in the medical care of our shelter animals. We work with your schedule so we can continue supporting the animals seen at our facility. All levels of spay/neuter surgical skills are welcomed! About Us: Middleburg Humane Foundation operates a non-profit, 23-acre farm shelter located on the west side of Marshall, Virginia. We provide a haven for animals in need, large and small. In 2022, 849 cats, dogs, equines, livestock, pocket pets and reptiles came to our shelter. We do not receive government funding and depend on donations from individuals, businesses and foundations, and funds raised at various events throughout the year. MHF also operates a Grooming Salon at our shelter and a Resale Boutique Shop in Marshall to generate revenue.
Our Mission: MHF rescues, rehabilitates, and adopts out animals in need and promotes animal welfare through community outreach and humane education. We accomplish our mission through our various programs: intake and adoption, Trap-Neuter-Return, food and medical care assistance, humane education and internships, and volunteer work.
